I manage and create content for the Community Transformation Center’s Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn accounts. Each month I pulled together metrics reports for each platform.

 

OXFORD UNIVERSITY STUDENTS:

In 2022-2023, helped to manage and create content for the OxUniStudents Instagram and Twitter accounts, and I liaised with students weekly during term for our popular #OxStudentTakeovers. Each month I pulled together metrics reports for each platform.

Instagram: 47K followers | Twitter: 40K followers

CAMBRIDGE UNIVERSITY STUDENTS' UNION:

I created, scheduled, and planned cohesive and consistent content for CUSU's Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram channels. In my two years there, we saw an increase in consistent post reactions and engagement.

PAPER-YA ON GRANVILLE ISLAND: 

I collaborated with one of the owners to build blog and social media content, and I planned and managed the store's media content calendar. I also strategised creative ways to increase social interaction and brand awareness, and I started their Instagram account and grew it to over 1,200 followers during my short time there.

SIERRA TRADING POST:

In 2012, I managed the Twitter and Pinterest accounts for Sierra Trading Post, who at the time was a top 100 internet retailer. This involved the use of both Hootsuite and Google analytics, as well as daily interactions answering customer questions and concerns. I also managed and provided content for the Facebook pages of two Sierra Trading Post store locations.
