CTC Conference and Event Planning

I helped coordinate the large-scale spring conference for the Community Transformation Center, overseeing all aspects of design and communication to ensure the event was successful and impactful. This included creating event materials and managing outreach efforts to drive participation. I also liaised with vendors to secure event services, handle logistics, and ensure a smooth event execution. On the day of the conference, I provided on-site support to ensure everything ran seamlessly and that attendees had a positive experience. A large, two-day conference focused on ecology is currently being planned.

In addition to the spring conferences, I also help implement and manage CTC’s Chaplaincy Chats and various workshops, contributing to the ongoing engagement and support of the community.
