Cambridge MBA Pre-arrival

 

The pre-arrival programme that I managed and delivered at Cambridge Judge Business School for four years played a significant role in the Cambridge MBA student experience. It required an intricate communication plan to deliver diverse and complex content over the course of six months from teams across the business school, and it consisted of regular branded mailings and a dedicated set of Microsoft SharePoint sites. In my final summer at the school, I spearheaded a complex cross-programme project (across six teams) introducing new IT processes to improve onboarding of our incoming students. This push for change came after analysing our annual student survey and anecdotes from previous students.
